About Me
My career in finance has spanned thirty-five-years, including significant time in the nonprofit sector.
I have served on the boards of a variety of organizations, including Christ Church Greenwich and Yale New Haven Hospital. I am a Trustee Emeritus of Colgate University and I currently serve as Chairman of the board at Berkeley Divinity School at Yale.
I also serve on the faculty at Yale Divinity School, teaching nonprofit finance.
My prior books include Merging Health Care Institutions and Hospital Financing and Refinancing Under Prospective Payment (American Hospital Publishing).
I graduated with an AB, cum laude, in English from Colgate University, hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MAR from Yale Divinity School.
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I am married with three children and reside in Connecticut.
